The history of Temasek Homestay dates back to 1998, and the year 2009 marks the 11th anniversary of our homestay service.

Studying in a foreign land away from family is a challenge for most people, especially young children. Temasek Homestay is as good as a real big family living under one roof!
We strongly emphasize on close relationships built between children and guardians, as well as among the other children. We are approachable and we take care of every single child as our own. It has never been more satisfying to see every child groomed to be successful young adults. Parents can be assured that their children will be in safe hands while receiving education in this foreign land.
To us, education ranks as one of the top priorities. One of our guardians is also a full-time tutor, with serveral groups of tutees (including locals) coming over to our place for tuition.
Our guardian's son is currently bonded under the MOE (Ministry of Education) scholarship, major in Pure Physics (Nanyang Technological University), and after a 4-year course, he will be trained for a year as a professional educational officer, teaching mainly physics.
Our guardian's daughter is currently a full-time trained teacher teaching in a primary school. She specialises in teaching English, Mathematics and primary school science.
